  • 1/4 cup of vegetables each cut into an inch size ( carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, baby corn , onions, capsicum red and green )
  • 2 tbsp of black olives sliced
  • 1/4 cup of cheese
  • 3 tbsp of refined flour
  • 2 tbsp of KDD butter
  • 2 tbsp of KDD olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup of KDD full fat milk
  • Mixed Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  1. Take a pan add KDD butter and KDD Olive oil.
  2. To this add the refined flour and sauté for a few minutes. 
  3. Use a whisk to stir in the KDD full fat milk in the flour.
  4. Keep stirring to make a smooth batter.
  5. Parboil all the vegetables except the onions.
  6. Take another pan and add a little olive oil.
  7. Sauté the onions till soft.
  8. Add all the vegetables and mix well.
  9. To the vegetables add the white sauce, Italian seasoning and salt to taste.
  10. Transfer the mix into a baking dish.
  11. Cover the top layer with cheese.
  12. Preheat oven at 180degrees and put the dish till the cheese melts and is golden in colour.
