Banana Split

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 4 scoops KDD vanilla ice cream
  • 4 scoops Dolce Vita Chocolate Fudge ice cream
  • 2 scoops Dolce Vita Caramel Cookie
  • 2 tbsp KDD butter
  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp almonds chopped
  • 4 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • 4 tbsp strawberry sauce
Preparation
  1. Dry roast the cashews and almonds till light golden brown.
  2. Cook 4 tbsp sugar with 2 tbsp water in another non stick pan till sugar melts and caramelized.
  3. Trim the two ends and peel the banana and slit vertically.
  4. Add 2 tbsp butter to the caramel and mix.
  5. Add the banana halves and roll them in the caramel sauce till they are completely covered.
  6. Place the bananas in a serving plate. Put one scoop each of vanilla , chocolate and caramel cookie KDD ice cream.
  7. Drizzle 2 tbsp of chocolate sauce and sprinkle caramel sauce and strawberry sauce.
  8. Sprinkle the dry roasted almonds and pistachios on it and serve.
