Asparagus soup

  • 1 cup chopped asparagus
  • 1 tbsp KDD olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tsp of garlic paste
  • 1 1/2 cubes of vegetable stock
  • 1 cup KDD full fat fresh milk
  • 1/2 pack of KDD liquid cream
  • Salt to taste and black pepper to taste
  1. Heat KDD olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic paste and onions till soft.
  2.  Add the chopped asparagus and vegetables stock cubes with 1/4 cup of water.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool slightly and then blend it to a smooth paste. Strain it well.
  4. Transfer it back to a deep pan and add milk and cream.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook on a medium flame for a few minutes stirring it.
  6. Serve hot with a stick of asparagus as garnish.
