Ingredients
  • 150gm Fresh shrimp
  • 100gm Fish Filet cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Broccoli small diced
  • 1 medium Red Onion sliced
  •  2 cloves of garlic
  • 500 ml KDD béchamel
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ cup White cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup Fresh spinach
  •  3 tbsp. KDD Olive oil

Preparation
  1. Wash vegetables well.
  2. Boiled broccoli for 1 minute and leave aside
  3. In sauce pan add KDD olive oil on medium heat, then add the onion and garlic and stir well until its tender, then add the shrimp and fish, and stir slowly then add Parmesan cheese.
  4. Add thyme, dill, and then spinach and Broccoli to the shrimp mixture, stir well then add salt and black pepper.
  5. In an oven pan add the mixture then pour KDD béchamel sauce, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese on the top
  6. Bake 15-20 min until its tender and top golden.
  7. Serve hot
