Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 cloves
  • 4 green cardamom
  • 1 inch piece of cinnamon
  • 2 medium size onion fried till brown with 8 cashews and blended to form a paste with a little water
  • 3 tbsp of KDD yogurt royale
  • 2 green chilies paste
  • 1/4 tbsp of cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 250 ml of KDD thick cream
  • 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder
  • 250 gms of paneer cubes
  • 1/2 tbsp of garam masala
  • Coriander for garnish
Preparation
  1. Heat the oil and cloves , cardamom and cinnamon till nice and fragrant.
  2.  Now add the onion paste and cook.
  3. Add green chili paste.
  4. keep heating and add coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder.
  5. Whisk the yogurt well and add to it.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Cook and add paneer cubes and cream as well.
  8. Add a little water and cook for another 10 mins.
  9. Garnish with coriander and serve.
