  • 2pcs medium Potato slices
  • 2 cups Fresh mushroom slices
  • 1pcs medium ​​onions Sliced
  • 1 tbsp. wild herbs
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh Thyme
  • 500ml KDD béchamel
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp.  Black pepper
  • 1cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tbsp. KDD Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. KDD Butter
  1. Add the sliced potatoes in a baking tray, and then sprinkle salt and black pepper add the KDD Olive oil and baked until coming gold
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat KDD butter, and then add onion sauté till it turns golden color, add mushrooms, herbs, fresh thyme then salt and pepper, leave it on medium flame until its cooked then keep aside
  3. In an oven dish, spread the baked potatoes at the bottom
  4. Cover with the mushroom mix
  5. Then pour over the KDD Béchamel on top
  6. Repeat steps two times
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes Until it is golden brown
  9. Serve Hot
