Filling Ingredients

  • 1 250 ml pack KDD Liquid Cream
  • 1 medium onion, cut
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 tbsp KDD Olive Oil

 Tomato Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ pack 135gm KDD Tomato Paste
  • 1 medium onion, cut
  • 1 cup tomato peeled, cut
  • 2 tbsp garlic cloves, mined
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp KDD Oil Olive

 Cannelloni Spinach Béchamel Ingredients

  • 500ml KDD Béchamel
  • 1 pack cannelloni pasta
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Tomato Sauce preparation

1- In a medium saucepan, heat KDD Olive Oil then add onion, and garlic

2- Sauté till it turns golden color

3- Add the tomato, KDD Tomato Paste, salt, black pepper, and stir in the mix for 5 min

Filling preparation

1- In a medium saucepan, heat KDD Olive Oil, add onion till it turns golden color, and keep aside

2- Then add the spinach and KDD Liquid Cream while stirring for 2min, and keep aside

Cannelloni Spinach Béchamel preparation

1- In an oven pan, pour half of the tomato sauce into the base then lay on the stuffed cannelloni on top of the sauce

2- Pour the KDD Béchamel over the cannelloni and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

3- Wrapped well in aluminum foil then bake for 30-35min until the pasta is tender

4- Discard the foil, and cook for 10min till top golden

5- Serve hot
