Corn Spinach toast

  • 1 cup of spinach finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of crushed corn
  • 4 tbsp of crumbled paneer
  • 2 tbsp mayonise
  • 1 tbsp refined flour
  • Salt & Italian spices
  • 1/2 cup of KDD full fat milk
  • 3 tbsp of KDD butter
  • 8 slices of brown bread
  • 1/4 cup of cheese
  • 1 tbsp of KDD olive oil
  1.  Take a pan add KDD butter and KDD olive oil.
  2. Add the refined flour and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Use a whisk to stir in the KDD full fat milk in the flour.
  4. Keep stirring to make a smooth batter.
  5. Take another pan with a little olive oil cook the spinach well, add in the crushed corn , paneer and mayonnaise.
  6. To this add the white sauce just so much as to bind the mixture well.
  7. Season it with Italian spices and salt.
  8. Let the mixture cool down.
  9. Take the slices of bread and butter them on one side and place them in a baking tray.
  10. Spread the ready mixture over the bread.
  11. Add some cheese over the mixture.
  12. In a preheated oven at 180 degrees put the tray and serve when the cheese turns to a golden colour.
