Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoon                 KDD Extra Virgin  Olive Oil           
  • 1 Large                          Onion , minced     
  • 2 Cloves                        Garlic, minced      
  • ½ piece                          Red capsicum, minced  
  • ½ piece                          Green capsicum, minced       
  • 1 pack135 grm              KDD tomato Paste      
  • 1 teaspoon                     Mixed spices         
  • 1 teaspoon                     Cumin       
  • 1 teaspoon                     Coriander , ground      
  • 1 teaspoon                     Cinnamon  
  • 1 Teaspoon                    Salt  
  • ¼  teaspoon                   Black pepper       
  • 2 ½ Cups                       Stock or water    
Preparation
  1. Wash bulgur, soak 10 minutes
  2. In medium pan heat KDD olive oil add onion and garlic, mix until golden. Add red and green capsicum, mix for a few minutes.
  3. Add drained bulgur, mix about 2 minutes. Add KDD tomato paste, spices, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper, mix well.
  4. Add stock, let bulgur boil vigorously, reduce heat, cover and let cook for 30 minutes until stock is absorbed and bulgur l is cooked
