  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables( carrot, mushrooms, corns and spring onion)
  • 2 tbsp refined flour
  • 2 tbsp KDD butter
  • 1 tbsp KDD Olive oil
  • Tart shells are available in the market
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • Salt as per taste
  • Mixed Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup KDD full fat milk
  1. Take a pan add KDD butter and KDD olive oil .
  2. To this add the refined flour and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Use a whisk to stir in the KDD full fat milk in the flour.
  4. Keep stirring to make a smooth batter.
  5. Take another pan and put some oil and add onions and cook till soft. Add in the mushrooms, carrots and corn.
  6. -Cook till tender on low flame.
  7. Add in the white sauce to the vegetables.
  8. Season it well.
  9. Allow the mixture to cool down .
  10. Take the empty tart shells and arrange them on a baking tray.
  11. Fill the mixture in the tarts.
  12. Top them up with grated cheese and in a preheated oven at 180 degrees put the tray in the oven.
  13. Let them be in the oven till the cheese melts and is golden in colour.
