Chicken with Potato Puree

Ingredients
  • 1 package lasagna
  • 1 liter KDD Béchamel

Lasagna filling Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp KDD butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced
  • 500 gm minced meat
  • ¼ Cup KDD Tomato Paste
  • 2 medium tomatoes peeled, chopped
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp basil, ground
  • 1 tsp oregano, ground
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Lasagna Filling Preparation 

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat KDD butter, and then add onion, garlic. Sauté till it turns golden color
  2. Then add the minced meat and stir it till water dries
  3. Add tomato, KDD Tomato Paste and stir well
  4. Then add salt, black pepper, cumin, celery, basil and oregano then the water, leave it on medium flame until its cooked then keep aside

Lasagna with Béchamel preparation

  1. In a medium size oven dish, slightly coated with butter, spread some of the meat mix at the bottom
  2. Cover with the lasagna sheets
  3. Then pour over the KDD Béchamel on top
  4. Repeat steps two or three times
  5. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes Until it is golden brown
  7. Serve Hot
