Lasagna Filling Preparation
- In a medium saucepan, heat KDD butter, and then add onion, garlic. Sauté till it turns golden color
- Then add the minced meat and stir it till water dries
- Add tomato, KDD Tomato Paste and stir well
- Then add salt, black pepper, cumin, celery, basil and oregano then the water, leave it on medium flame until its cooked then keep aside
Lasagna with Béchamel preparation
- In a medium size oven dish, slightly coated with butter, spread some of the meat mix at the bottom
- Cover with the lasagna sheets
- Then pour over the KDD Béchamel on top
- Repeat steps two or three times
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top
- Bake for 30-35 minutes Until it is golden brown
- Serve Hot
